SPEEDAF Express Shipping Terms

1 - Application.

1.1. These Terms apply to shipments between SPEEDAF selected and specified countries/regions using the following services or SPEEDAF service options (if available). SPEEDAF may modify these services from time to time. Upon request, the customer can be informed of the SPEEDAF service areas.

1.2. In the event of a conflict between these conditions and the terms and conditions on any SPEEDAF (air) waybill, manifest, transport label or other transit document, the following conditions shall prevail to the extent that they do not conflict with mandatory rules.

1.3. These conditions (which terms include those agreements and practices expressly referred to herein) represent the entire agreement between the parties and shall prevail to the exclusion and supersession of any other terms or conditions, oral or written, wherever appearing or made, and in particular any terms or conditions which the sender seeks to incorporate, or any other written or oral statement relating to such conditions. The Sender acknowledges that it does not rely on or assert any other terms, warranties, conditions or representations in connection with the use of the Services under this Agreement.

2- Definitions

SPEEDAF means SPEEDAF Transport Ltd. and its branches, employees and agents. "Shipment" means one or more parcels or goods moving on a single (air) waybill. "Customer" means the person (natural or legal) who sends the shipment and pays for the service.

3- Invoice adjustment and volume weight

3.1. SPEEDAF may at any time make the appropriate corrections to the (air) waybill and the appropriate adjustments to the invoice if the service selected or the weight entered is incorrect, and is entitled to charge a specific handling fee for making such adjustments corrections and corrections.

3.2. charges may be assessed on the basis of volumetric weight. If the result exceeds the actual weight, additional charges may be assessed based on the volumetric weight. The rates for such additional charges are available upon request and may be modified by SPEEDAF without notice.

4- Rejection and Rejected Shipments

SPEEDAF reserves the right SPEEDAF reserves the right to reject, reserve, cancel, postpone or return any shipment at any time if, in SPEEDAF's opinion, such shipment may be of interest to other shipments, goods or persons, or if transportation is prohibited by law or in violation of any of these conditions, or if the credit standing of the SPEEDAF account of the person or entity responsible for payment is not satisfactory, and the fact that SPEEDAF accepts the shipment does not imply that such shipment complies with applicable laws and regulations or these conditions.

5- Items not accepted for shipment （禁运物品）

Unless otherwise agreed by SPEEDAF, the following items shall not be transported to any destination: money, explosives, human corpses, organs, body parts, weapons, foodstuffs, perishable food, plants, seeds, pornography, obscene materials, hazardous waste, materials for dangerous goods, dead or live animals.

6. Packaging and marking

6.1. All goods must be prepared and packed by the customer to ensure safety in air and road transport and handled with care.

6.2. SPEEDAF is not responsible for any damage caused by changes in temperature or pressure.

7- Inspection of the goods.

7.1. SPEEDAF may, at its sole discretion or at the request of the competent authorities, open and inspect any shipment at any time without notice and therefore without any liability.

7.2. SPEEDAF has the right to carry out random X-ray inspections of the consignments sent, in accordance with the applicable regulations. And the customer cannot claim for any possible damage or delay caused by the X-ray inspection.

8- Routing and delivery.

8.1. SPEEDAF reserves the right to arrange the shipment in any way it sees fit.

8.2. SPEEDAF will deliver to the recipient at the address mentioned on the waybill. SPEEDAF is not obliged to personally deliver the shipment to the recipient. SPEEDAF cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address.

8.3. SPEEDAF shall in no case be liable for any claims related to the seizure or detention of the goods by customs or other government agencies in transit.

8.4. Holiday and weekend deliveries (if any) may be subject to special handling charges.

8.5. The consignor may request a change of address for receipt, return or stop delivery, but such requests must be submitted before the shipment reaches its destination. However, SPEEDAF does not guarantee that such requests will be fulfilled. If the request is fulfilled, the shipper shall pay additional charges according to the rate calculator available on SPEEDAF's website.

9- Undeliverable Shipments.

9.1. undeliverable Shipment means a Shipment that cannot be delivered for any reason including, but not limited to, any of the following.

9.1.1. the address of the recipient is incomplete, illegible, incorrect or untraceable

9.1.2. the shipment may cause damage or delay to other goods or property, or injury to persons

9.1.3. the shipment is improperly packed or the contents or packaging of the shipment is damaged to such an extent that it cannot be repackaged

9.1.4. The signatory refuses to accept or sign for the shipment and is unable to deliver the shipment.

9.2. The cost of returning the shipment will be given to the customer along with the original cost.

10- Declaration of value and limitation of liability.

10.1. If the sender does not purchase insurance service when sending the shipment, if there is any loss or damage of the shipment, the shipping cost will be refunded and 2 times the shipping cost will be compensated up to 4,00SAR per ticket; if insurance service is purchased (premium = declared amount * 2%), the shipment will be compensated according to the declared value of the shipment in case of loss or damage up to 1,000SAR per ticket.

10.2. The declared value of any package represents SPEEDAF's maximum liability for the shipment of that package, including but not limited to any loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery, any failure to provide information or mis-delivery of information related to that package. Shipment. The sender assumes any loss and risk of damage in excess of the declared value of the shipment. Customers are advised to contact their insurance agent or broker to obtain coverage. SPEEDAF's liability for loss of or damage to the goods will not exceed the actual value of the contents of the goods, even if a higher shipping value is declared.

10.3. The maximum declared value for customs and transportation is limited and may vary from location to location. If applicable, the declared value for transportation cannot exceed the declared value for customs. The maximum declared value for customs and transportation of the contents of a SPEEDAF envelope or SPEEDAF Pak, regardless of destination, is $100 per shipment. Shipments with values (actual or declared) in excess of these amounts should not be shipped in SPEEDAF Envelopes or SPEEDAF Paks.

10.4. There are also limits on the declared value of shipments for shipments containing items of excessive value, depending on the contents and destination of the shipment. 10.5. SPEEDAF's liability for loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery, non-delivery, misinformation, any failure to provide information or mis-delivery of information will not exceed the cost of repair of the shipment, its depreciated value or its replacement cost, whichever is lower, regardless of the declared value of the shipment of the package.

10.6. In no event shall SPEEDAF be liable for any direct, incidental, special or consequential damages in excess of the declared value (subject to clause 10).

10.7. SPEEDAF shall in no event be liable for special, incidental, indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profit.

10.8. SPEEDAF shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery or non-delivery or misinformation or failure to provide information (including, without limitation, any such loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery, non-delivery, misinformation or failure to provide information) due to any loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery, non-delivery, misinformation or failure to provide information.

10.9. Unless SPEEDAF acts intentionally, the sender shall be liable for any damage caused to SPEEDAF or third parties as a result of the goods. The sender shall indemnify and hold SPEEDAF harmless from any claims of liability of third parties (in particular the addressee) in excess of the responsibilities assumed under these conditions.

11- No Warranty.

Except as expressly provided herein, SPEEDAF makes no warranty, express or implied.

12- Claims.

12.1. All claims arising from loss, delay or non-delivery or incorrect delivery must be notified to SPEEDAF within 120 natural days of delivery of the goods.

12.2. All claims arising from damage must be notified to SPEEDAF within 48 hours of delivery of the goods, and the damage must be witnessed and documented at the time of delivery.

12.3. Claims may be submitted through the official SPEEDAF contact channel.

12.4. Unless further investigation is required, the claim will take (7) working days to be resolved.

12.5. SPEEDAF liability is limited to a maximum of 400 SAR, unless the goods are insured, as stated in the "Declared Value and Limits of Liability" clause. 12.6.

12.6. If the additional cost paid by the customer is not paid through one of SPEEDAF's services, the amount will be refunded within no more than (15) working days from the date of discovery of the defect.

13- Surcharge.

SPEEDAF reserves the right to assess fuel and other surcharges on shipments without notice.

14- Data Protection

14.1 Any data submitted by the sender to SPEEDAF is guaranteed by SPEEDAF to be used only within SPEEDAF and its subsidiaries (or its agents or subcontractors) and will not be disclosed to any other company.
